RoHS and selected POPs reports · 7 files · 2020
RoHS: S20082103034E covers CX-KTW in-ceiling samples; S20082103035E covers CX-MTW square-housing electric samples with MWB/MWE codes and the listed control variants. Both are dated 16 September 2020; their result tables record Pass for the tested scope.
Selected POPs: S20082103002E (tripod screen), S20082103005E (wall mount), S20082103006E (folding screen), S20082103008E (manual screen) and S20082103009E (square-housing electric screen), dated September 2020, record Pass for HBCDD and SCCPs testing. These two substances are not a test of every POP.
Confirm the exact model, material and current BOM against the original sample description before relying on a report.

These reports screened 209 SVHCs in 2020. Two contain DEHP findings above 0.1% w/w in the tested composite samples:

- S20082103022E — 8 September 2020, PM mount: the report records the 209 screened SVHCs below 0.1% w/w for its samples.
- S20082103029E — 14 September 2020, narrow-frame screen: the report records the 209 screened SVHCs below 0.1% w/w for its samples.

The last three documents name 深圳市幕工坊科技有限公司 (Shenzhen entity). Confirm current patent status and the relationship to the supplied product. Patent grants do not establish product safety or performance.
Historical reports primarily name the Shenzhen entity and address; the newer design patent names the Foshan entity. Confirm the contracting entity, manufacturing location and document-holder relationship for your order. A current ISO 9001 certificate and signed batch inspection records are not included in this file set.

Using Certificates Correctly
These answers keep public files within their verified product and market scope.
Does one certificate cover every MGF projection screen?
No. A certificate or test report may apply only to the products, models, components or configurations stated in its scope. Confirm the selected model, material, motor/control configuration and destination market before using a document.
Can public PDF files be used for a tender or regulatory submission?
Public files can support preliminary review, but the buyer should request a verified copy and confirm the current issuer, scope, status and market relevance before formal submission.
What information is needed to request the correct documents?
Provide the product and model, configuration, destination country, order or project reference and intended document use. Additional details may be required when motor, wireless control, electrical configuration or screen material affects the applicable scope.
Can MGF confirm whether a document meets every local requirement?
MGF can confirm the available product-document match within its records. Final regulatory, tender, customs and project approval should be completed by the responsible buyer, importer, consultant or qualified compliance professional.
How should an archived or historical document be treated?
Match the report to its original model, material, sample and date, then confirm current supply against that scope. The register includes 2020 REACH reports with DEHP findings above 0.1% in specified composite samples; request current material records and updated verification. Do not describe all historical reports as passes.
