    1. Build Room Profiles

    Group rooms by actual use: classroom, conference room, boardroom, training room, home-theater-style media room, retail display or event space. For each profile, record room dimensions, seating pattern, content, projector category, ambient light, ceiling or wall condition, service access and operating frequency.

    The profile should describe the decision, not just the room name. Two “meeting rooms” may need different screen structures if one has a glass wall, a recessed ceiling and a wide side seating layout while the other has a fixed rear wall and controlled lighting.

    Use a short list of approved families: electric, in-ceiling, fixed frame, floor rising, portable or another documented direction.     3. Standardize Naming and Traceability

    Use one model naming convention across quotation, drawing, packing list, invoice and service record. Include family, visible image, aspect ratio, material, housing or frame direction, control and revision. Avoid names such as “large white motorized screen” that cannot be matched to a physical item.

    When a multi-room project uses the same product family, review one representative drawing in detail and then check each room’s dimensions and installation conditions. Do not copy a drawing without checking the ceiling grid, wall backing, projector height and access route.

    5. Plan Procurement and Factory Inspection

    Group quantities by exact configuration, not just by product family. Confirm sample references, packaging labels, spare parts, destination-market requirements and inspection records. The quality control checklist can be adapted into a common inspection form.

    At receiving, verify model, size, material, border, accessories and document revision against the schedule. At installation, test the image, controls and movement for each room. Exceptions should be logged in the same system as factory nonconformities.

    An exception is justified when a room has a different projector geometry, a UST requirement, a speaker-behind-screen design, a restricted mounting surface or a special audience layout.
