Frequently asked questions

Where should I start if a motorized screen will not move?
Record the screen position, control method and any sound or visible response. Stop repeated operation and use the model-specific troubleshooting path.
Can I reset motor limits myself?
Limit-setting procedures vary by motor and control system. Use only the instructions supplied for the exact screen model.
What should I send to technical support?
Include the product model or order reference, screen size, installation method, control type, symptom description, photos or video and checks already completed.
Should I pull or stretch the fabric to remove waves?
No. Pulling, heating or manually stretching a retractable surface may cause permanent damage. Photograph the full surface and edges instead.
Are RF, IR, dry contact and RS-485 interchangeable?
No. They use different control methods and may require different receivers, terminals or settings. Confirm the supported interface for the supplied model.
